Loc retwists are priced by loc count in three tiers, from up to 110 locs to 151 or more, and each includes a shampoo. Retwists concentrate on new growth while aiming to keep the locs intact and support the scalp and hair. Styling is booked as a separate service, and a $40 deposit is required for each retwist booking.

For curls, the studio offers flexi rod, perm rod and pipe cleaner loc curls. Flexi rods give larger, fuller curls that can be sized to preference. Each curl service takes about an hour and requires a shampoo. Clients are encouraged to bring their own rods or pipe cleaners, about half their loc count; without them, clients sit under the dryer for at least two hours.

Loc styles include barrel twists or loc braids, individual loc braids, rope twists, Style My Ropes, the Loc Knot Bob and Petal Bun updos. Most of these are add-ons that must be booked with a retwist, and barrel twists and loc braids cannot be booked alone. Miracle Locs extensions also require a retwist, and clients supply their own Miracle Loc hair. A consultation is suggested for an accurate extension quote.

New clients can book a complimentary 15-minute Zoom consultation to talk through their locs, hair and scalp needs, concerns and goals. A consultation does not secure an appointment; the private Zoom link is sent after booking. In-person bookings from $50 to $4,000 can use Buy Now, Pay Later with approval before the visit. Late arrivals and cancellations are handled under clear policies, including a 48-hour window for changes and a deposit that is forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
