Treatments are built around hand-crafted recipes made on the spot from organic produce, herbs, oils and botanicals, adjusted for each client. Every service starts with a digital scalp analysis and a personalized plan. Ingredients are described as clean, organic and botanically derived, without harsh stripping agents or heavy waxes, and the approach draws on African American scalp and hair care traditions. Ingredients can be changed for specific scalp needs or dietary restrictions.

Sessions take place at a basin with 21 water jet outlets for targeted scalp stimulation. Visits can include warm lavender-infused neck wraps, aroma and sound therapy, a personalized after-care routine and a complimentary turban wrap afterward. Several services add a step: the Onion Intensive Scalp Therapy includes a free three-day take-home continuation, and the Chemo-therapy Induced Alopecia service uses cool cap therapy, with red light or high-frequency add-ons available.

For a smooth visit, clients should arrive with hair fully detangled, as an extra fee applies otherwise. Hair should not be washed beforehand because the treatments include their own cleansing step. Air drying is recommended for most services, and drying is available as an add-on. Jewelry such as earrings and necklaces should come off, and guests can change into a spa wrap or stay in their clothes. A photo may be requested before an appointment is accepted. The studio is open by appointment only, Wednesday to Friday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Cancellations or changes are accepted up to 24 hours before the start time, and late cancellations may be charged the full service price. Some services require a deposit that goes toward the balance, and deposits are non-refundable.

The services are non-medical scalp wellness treatments, and the studio does not diagnose or treat medical scalp conditions. Clients with an active scalp infection, open wounds or a diagnosed condition under medical care are asked to speak with a physician before booking. Results vary, and the business recommends consistent care rather than guaranteeing hair growth. Remote Care offers three-month programs with virtual consultations, check-ins and home care kits, and the studio also offers reflexology, acupressure, stretching therapy, body waxing and lash extensions, plus a weight loss and hormone wellness track led by a Nurse Practitioner.

Treatments are built from hand-crafted, botanically based ingredients, mixed on the spot and tailored to each client after a digital scalp analysis.

Sessions are designed as a calm, aromatic experience with warm lavender neck wraps, sound therapy and a turban wrap at the end.
