Treatment is planned after an in-person assessment and is often staged across more than one appointment. Nonsurgical rhinoplasty also requires an in-person assessment first, and not every person is a candidate.

Booking requires a $150 fee that holds each appointment and cannot be refunded. When treatment goes ahead, that amount is applied to the total bill. If the visit is consultation only, the same amount is retained as the consultation charge. Where it is both medically and aesthetically suitable, treatment may be given at the same visit as the consultation. Patients need a Good Faith Exam once each year before any treatment. Appointments come in three lengths: a 60-minute Consultation + Treatment, which the practice recommends for anyone unsure where to begin; a 30-minute Consultation Only visit; and a 15-minute follow-up for established patients.
