Injectable and filler services include neurotoxin priced per unit, which the practice uses for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, and also offers for lip flips, facial slimming, chronic migraines, excessive hand or underarm sweating, neck and trap tension, and TMJ symptoms. Dermal filler is offered for facial balancing and for mini or full lips. Unwanted hyaluronic acid filler can be corrected with Hylenex, which breaks down that filler. Microneedling comes as single sessions (The Refresh and The Restore, each 75 minutes) or as The Renew, a three-session package that includes one Epicutis facial and must be completed within six months of the first treatment. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand, and the treatments end with a cooling massage.

Before any treatment, new patients complete a Good Faith Exam, a phone consultation with the medical director that determines whether treatment is appropriate. The exam stays valid for 12 months unless there is a significant change in medical history. Forms are completed through a patient portal at least 24 hours ahead of the visit. If forms or medical clearance are incomplete, treatment may be delayed or rescheduled. Same-day appointments are sometimes possible, case by case. Every treatment is performed by a registered nurse under the medical director's oversight. Young children are best left at home, since visits involve discussing health information.

The GLP-1 Wellness Plan is a provider-guided program for medical weight loss and metabolic wellness, offered with semaglutide or tirzepatide. Plans include provider oversight, a personalized dosing plan, monthly check-ins, injection supplies and quarterly evaluations. The three-month plans require a three-month commitment, and membership fees are generally non-refundable during that initial period. Monthly non-member plans have no commitment and can be cancelled at any time. Medications and peptides come from licensed compounding pharmacies and are tested by a third party for quality, purity and potency.

Access to the office is by a staircase, with no elevator available. Waiting space is shared on the ground floor, and additional seats are located in the upstairs office. Concierge neurotoxin treatments can be scheduled for private parties, small get-togethers, or at a client's home, and bookings require at least two guests. Pricing matches what in-office visits cost. Travel is free to sites within 20 miles; locations farther away carry a travel charge.

Treatments are nurse-led under medical director oversight, with aesthetic work aimed at enhancing natural features alongside wellness care.
