Sheila works as the stylist at By Sheila Bullock, which operates from a suite in Chandler. The menu runs from quick beard and bang trims to full color, highlights and perms, with cuts for men, women and kids in between.

The studio is open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday from 12 PM to 8 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and is closed on Tuesdays and Sundays. Clients who cannot keep an appointment are asked to let the studio know as soon as possible so it can be rescheduled.

Each service lists its own length, from 15 minutes for a trim or brow wax to two hours for a perm or highlights, which helps clients plan a visit. Some prices are stated as starting amounts, and a color consultation is listed at no charge. The studio also shares a portfolio example of a color and cut that returned a client to her natural blonde.
