Eden Salon & Spa has been operating since 2018 as an Aveda salon and spa. It sits in the Raintree Ranch Center at the southeast corner of Ray Rd and the 101 Freeway, a few doors down from Whole Foods. The salon is open Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 9 pm and Friday through Sunday from 9 am to 7 pm.

Hair visits start with a consultation in which a stylist helps choose a cut or color that suits face shape, features and skin tone. Services are priced by technician level, moving up from Protege to Stylist, Senior Stylist, Master Stylist and Master Elite Stylist. Listed prices are starting points and can change with hair length, the color used, the technician level and other factors. For example, a scissor cut starts at $50 with a Protege and $95 with a Master Elite Stylist.

The color menu covers solid color, traditional foil highlights, babylights, balayage and all-over bleach, with retouch and bleach-toning options for maintaining results. Add-ons such as single foils, glazes and toners, gloss treatments, root smudge, color bowls and conditioning or scalp treatments can be added to a color or cut for an additional charge. Perms, dreadlocks and corrective color are offered only after a complimentary consultation.

Facials use Aveda plant-based skin care products. The salon also offers brow tinting and waxing for brows, lips, chin, cheeks, hairline, and ears or nose, as well as temporary lash applications with or without lashes supplied by the guest. Makeup services include event makeup, bridal makeup with a trial, and makeup lessons.

Booking requires a credit card on file for every service. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice; late changes and no-shows are charged 50% of the scheduled service, and a declined card must be settled before further services are booked. The salon does not offer refunds on services, but guests who are not satisfied can contact it within 7 days of the appointment and it will work to make things right, including redoing the service. Pets are welcome only where the Americans with Disabilities Act permits, and emotional support, comfort and therapy animals do not count as service animals under Title III.
