Curly cuts are priced separately for new and established clients, and a dry-only Express Cut is also offered. Color is reserved for established clients, with consultations available for new clients considering it. Hydrate & Define treatments are priced by client status, and Curl Coaching is a hands-on lesson in getting wash-and-go hair at home. Curl Coaching can be booked alone or added to another appointment. For color projects planned longer than four hours, lunch is provided, and dietary restrictions are asked about beforehand.

Appointments are held with a valid credit card, which is not charged until the appointment is completed. Cancellations more than 72 hours ahead are rescheduled where possible. Cancellations under 72 hours are charged half the service total, and cancellations under 48 hours, no-calls and no-shows are charged the full total. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling and is treated as a late cancellation. Clients are asked to arrive with fully dry hair and curls in their natural state, with second-day hair working best, and to stop using oils and heavy butters at least a month beforehand. Styling products are welcome at check-in.

Redo requests are honored within seven days of the original appointment. The business says it stands behind its work and will correct anything that is out of order after a visit.
