The studio was founded by LaShonda, who started out in beauty helping women enhance their natural features before focusing on brow artistry. Over time the business grew from brow work into skincare and education.

Every service is tailored to the individual client rather than delivered as a one-size-fits-all treatment. The studio wants clients to understand their own brows and skin, not just receive a service. It describes itself as an inclusive brand that works with a range of skin tones, and its stated mission is to empower clients and broaden traditional beauty standards.

Clients can reach the studio by phone or email. Free parking is on site. The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with a midday start on Wednesdays, and on two Saturdays a month. Appointments need 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes, a 3.5% fee is added to card payments, and arriving more than 10 minutes late can lead to the appointment being cancelled with the booking fee forfeited.

For larger services, the studio accepts several pay-over-time options, including Afterpay, Affirm and Cherry, with the Cherry option suggested for pricier treatments such as ombre powder brows and the acne bootcamp. Gift cards can be used toward eligible brow, lash and skincare services but are nonrefundable.

Customizes every service to the client and encourages clients to understand their brows and skin.
