The studio's approach starts with understanding each client's skin before any treatment is chosen. Treatments are aimed at hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, dullness, dehydration, acne, and signs of aging, and are carried out with professional-grade products and technologies.

New clients usually begin with a consultation followed by a treatment. Services range from quick brow and lash appointments under an hour to longer resurfacing and microneedling sessions. Online bookings require a deposit between $10 and $100 depending on the service, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 25% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made less than 24 hours ahead.

The Classic Facial Membership costs $100 per month and saves $50 compared with booking the same services separately. Members receive one classic facial each month, 10% off microneedling, chemical peels, and other corrective treatments, and a $25 credit toward any treatment during their birthday month. Members can also upgrade to the Glacé deluxe facial for an up-charge of $75.

The studio builds each treatment around a close look at the client's skin before any service is recommended.
