Brow services start with a consultation and mapping, then shaping that can include waxing, tweezing and trimming. Options range from a henna tint to a tweezing-only sculpt, a hybrid dye that the studio says lasts up to six weeks on the hair, and a lamination with tint that can last six to eight weeks. Lamination includes a Brow Zhuhz eyebrow and under-eye treatment and a nourishing oil.

Lash services include classic and hyper-realistic extensions, fills, full sets, a deep brown Espresso Noir set, lash lifts with tint, and removal of extensions. Classic fills must be booked within 21 days of the previous set; older sets need a full set booking. It carries a $100 concierge fee on top of the lash service.

Facials use SKN Theory skincare products and serums. Treatments are grouped by focus: hydration and nourishment, barrier repair, compromised or reactive skin, extractions with gua sha and massage, LED, and a preventative anti-aging facial. Add-ons include gua sha, a lip treatment, light therapy and dermaplaning. Packages and memberships combine facials with brow sculpting or lash extensions, and the studio notes that its package facials use products chosen for each client's skin. The studio says its skincare providers are licensed.

Permanent makeup begins with a pre-booking consultation that reviews skin type, medical history and suitability. A semi-permanent brow tattoo uses microblading, combo or hybrid techniques. Retouches are usually suggested within six to twelve weeks of the first session and are priced for two years with the same artist, but do not cover brow correction. Facial and underarm waxing are also offered.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 6 PM, Thursday 12 PM to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 5 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM and Sunday 10 AM to 2 PM. The studio is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. Appointments need a non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a full fee and forfeit the deposit. Clients may reschedule twice without penalty, and cancellations are sent by email. Arriving more than 10 minutes late can lead to cancellation with the full fee charged. Forms and waivers must be completed before the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval.
