Brow Lash Love is open Tuesday through Saturday, with Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 5:30 PM, Thursday from 11 AM to 6 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 3 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 3 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. The menu is grouped into brows, lashes and waxing.

About

Brow services include brow design done by wax, tweezing or threading, and brow tint. Brow design takes 30 minutes on its own, and combined brow packages with lash tint run about 45 minutes.

Lash services include lash tint, a combined lash and brow tint, and Keratin Lash Infusion, which takes 90 minutes and has results lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Clients are asked to arrive without mascara. A patch test is recommended before a first Keratin lash infusion for anyone who has never had a lift or tint.

Waxing covers lip, chin, sides, combined face areas, full face including eyebrows, and bikini and Brazilian waxes. Waxing is not offered to clients using Retin-A, retinol, Accutane or antibiotics.

Booking opens one month at a time on the 15th. New clients join a waitlist by emailing the salon. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours' notice, otherwise a fee of 50% of booked services applies, and a no-show incurs a fee of 100%. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Payments are accepted.

Brows are shaped by wax, tweezing or threading, and each service has a listed price and time so clients know what to expect. A patch test is recommended before a first Keratin lash infusion.
