About

Kunora is built around lash work. Extension styles include Light Classic, Classic, Mascara, 2D, Angel, Anime, Hybrid, Light Volume and Volume sets. LED (UV) lash extensions can be added to a set as an add-on, but they are not offered on their own.

Beyond extensions, the lash lift and brow menu covers lash lifts, keratin lash lifts, lash tints, brow shaping, brow tints, brow lamination and keratin brow lamination (lamination only). Lash removal includes standard removal and cluster lash removal, and lower lash and color lash add-ons are also available.

Waxing and sugaring cover the upper lip, chin and underarms, along with sugaring for half and full arms and half and full legs.

The business says it started from the idea of giving clients its best work, and that care goes into every service from the founder down to the front-line staff. It describes its service as superior and personalized.

Booking requires a deposit, which is non-refundable. Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead through the online booking system or by contacting the business directly. Arriving 10 or more minutes late incurs a $15 late fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment and forfeits the deposit. Refills are available within one week of the last visit, provided at least 40% of the lash extensions remain; otherwise the set is charged as a full set. Refills are only offered for sets done at Kunora, and upgrading to a fuller set during a refill adds a $10 fee. Results vary with natural lashes, eye shape and lash health, and reference photos are for inspiration only. Services are final, so any concerns should be reported within 24 hours. Gift cards are sold, and a gift card balance can be checked.

The business says care is taken at every level, from the founder to front-line staff, and describes its service as superior and personalized.
