Permanent brow services include powder and ombré brows, combination brows with nano strokes, and hair stroke brows for men. Touch-ups are offered at intervals from 4-6 weeks to 12-18 months, including touch-ups of work done by another artist. Non-brow offerings include brow tinting in spray, gel and henna forms, brow lamination, non-invasive body contouring and chairside teeth whitening.

A first visit usually begins with a consultation. The in-person consultation is $25 and takes about 40 minutes, and a phone consultation is offered at no charge. Booking terms are straightforward: a non-refundable deposit secures each appointment and is applied to the service balance, changes need at least 48 hours' notice, a client who no-shows may reschedule once, and refunds are not given after a service is complete. A 4-6 week touch-up is recommended but not required, and its fee is separate from the original price.

Brows are shaped to suit each client's face rather than one standard brow shape, and each service starts with a discussion of the results the client wants.
