The intimate skin line, sold under the Pretty Kitty's /Vagacials (W) name, includes Pretty Kitty (Maintenance), a post-wax treatment that calms skin and reduces irritation; the Brightening Treatment, which uses oxygen-infused care for dullness and uneven tone; Texture Treatment/Microderm Kitty, a corrective treatment for texture, ingrowns and uneven skin; and the H2Glow Hydration Treatment, which cleanses and replenishes moisture. Body treatments include the Booty Glow Treatment, a deep-cleansing smoothing treatment for the buttocks, and the Underarm Brightening Reset, an exfoliating and clarifying underarm treatment. Both include waxing.

Brazilian and bikini waxing is available for male and female anatomy and removes hair from the front, back and between the cheeks; it includes a stomach strip and an optional butt strip, and takes 20 minutes or more. For a Brazilian wax, hair should be about a quarter inch long, which is typically three to four weeks of growth. Male Brazilian waxing is offered only with select trained estheticians. The Summer Bikini Package combines Brazilian, underarm and half leg waxing, and the Bodied Full Body Wax covers Brazilian, underarms, lower half leg and stomach strip over about 90 minutes. Men's Upper Body waxing covers the full back, chest, shoulders and stomach.

Booking and payment terms are set out at booking. Cash, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App, Venmo and major debit and credit cards are accepted, with a 3.5% processing fee on card payments. Services are paid in full at the visit unless a non-refundable booking fee was applied, which counts toward the total and is valid for 14 days. Appointments should be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours ahead. Clients who arrive 10 or more minutes late may have the appointment canceled, though the full service price still applies. Retail product sales are final.

Clients complete intake forms and waivers at booking covering medications, skincare products and relevant health information. Facial waxing is preceded by a screening of medications, recent treatments and skin condition, and services are not performed over open wounds, active infections, rashes or contagious skin conditions.
