Owner Joseph Ruggiero describes the salon as a private, fun and intimate place where clients can relax. He wants people to love their hair from one visit to the next, and he treats keeping hair healthy as his highest concern.

The menu is grouped into balayage and foilyage, other color services, foil highlights, hair extensions, and styling and treatments. Balayage and highlight prices include gloss or toner. A consultation is recommended for new guests and is required before corrective color and extension work, and prices marked with a plus sign are starting points that are adjusted at consultation before service.

Appointments are secured with a credit card. Cancellations made 48 hours or less in advance are charged half of the total booked services, and same-day cancellations are charged in full. The salon is closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Sundays, and appointment times outside standard hours can be requested.
