Joseph Ruggiero owns and created Bronde and Beyond. He started in the hair and beauty industry in 2004, working the front desk at Dellaria Salon in Providence, Rhode Island, and has 12 years of experience in the field.
Alongside the salon, he serves as the Regional Wella Color brand expert and educator for LifeSpa. He pursues hands-on training, trade shows and specialist certifications to keep building his expertise.
His focus is finding and enhancing each client's natural beauty while protecting hair health. He gets the most satisfaction from helping clients reach their hair goals, and he looks forward to welcoming new clients to the salon.
