Each appointment takes place in a fully private room, and the studio describes its space as clean and cozy. Other offerings include tape-in extensions, keratin straightening treatments, perms and body waves, make-up application, and bridal and formal updos, with bridal party services also available.

All services are booked by appointment, and walk-ins need a call ahead. Prices are starting prices. Cash is preferred and gets a $5 discount, and cards, Cash App, Venmo and Zelle are also accepted. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice; shorter notice or a no-call/no-show is charged 50% of the remaining balance to the card on file. The studio also offers a 3-day grace period for clients who are not happy with their hair.
