The studio welcomes all hair textures and clients ages 6 and up.

Color work starts with a consultation. New clients must book one before any color service. The consultation is a 30-minute in-person visit for $25 where the stylist assesses the hair, talks through goals, routine and hair history, and plans next steps, sometimes with test strands. It is also recommended for clients unsure which service suits their hair, and its fee is separate from the cost of later services.

Curly hair has its own set of services. A new-client curly cut begins with an in-depth consultation and product education, then includes a detox shampoo, deep conditioning, the cut, and natural curl styling with drying or diffusing. Returning clients can have a shorter version that maintains and refines an existing shape. A dry-hair express cut is available within four months of a previous curly cut. For any curly cut, hair should arrive clean, dry, fully detangled and in its natural state, without styling products, stretching, braids, ponytails or headbands.

New clients begin with a consultation before color, and curly cuts start with education on products and the hair's natural state.
