Color is the main focus. Briana works toward soft, sun-kissed results that grow out easily and need less upkeep between appointments. Services include balayage, foiling, root shadowing or melting, and keratin treatments used to blend color. Clients new to color work are asked to have a consultation before booking their color appointment. Briana offers that consultation free of charge, either in person or by email, before any detailed plan is made.

Booking is done online through the booking site's Services tab, where starting prices and estimated appointment lengths are listed. Prices can change depending on the condition of the hair and the result the client wants, so the listed figures are starting points. Free two-hour parking is available in the garage and on the street; drivers register their car with ParkMobile when they arrive, and time beyond two hours costs $5 per hour. The location is fully wheelchair accessible.

Payment is accepted by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and cash, though no change is given for cash. Cancellations and reschedules should be made at least 48 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged 50% of the booked service, except in emergencies, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Clients who miss an appointment are asked to secure future bookings with a 50% deposit. Service adjustments are free if a problem is reported within seven days of the appointment.

Retail hair products can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase, except sale items, which are final. The shop sells eGift cards in fixed amounts of $50, $100, $200 or $300, or in a custom amount. Online product orders ship by UPS in four to six business days and go to US addresses only.

Briana blends classic and modern coloring methods to bring out a hair's natural tones, with hair health kept as a priority.
