Women, men and children ages 6 and up can book, though children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Most styles need hair at least 3 inches long, and hair should arrive freshly washed, dried, detangled and free of product. Standard braiding hair is included, while clients supply their own weave bundles. Shampoo and conditioner are provided, and clients may bring a specific product with the stylist's approval. Water, coffee and refreshments are available, equipment is sanitized, and an apple cider vinegar wash can be added for sensitive scalps with 48 hours notice. Quick weaves and bohemian knotless boho ponytails are among the other offerings, along with sleek and low swoop ponytails.

Pricing has a few set points. A consultation is required for styles over $300. Extra-long or very thick hair, style changes, removal of existing braids and added hair can each carry an additional charge, and a basic wash and blow-dry is available for an extra fee. Some styles need extra care: French curl styles may loosen, and bohemian styles may shed or tangle. If a client is unhappy, free style removal may be offered, but refunds are not given once a client has left satisfied.

Booking is available online at any hour, with confirmations and reminders. A 20% deposit secures the slot and can be paid through the website, Zelle, Cash App or Venmo, and the remaining balance is due after service, with cash preferred. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice, and Sunday appointments must be booked at least 48 hours ahead. Appointments at 4:00 PM or later carry a $50 late fee at checkout. Arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment automatically, and no-call no-shows are not accepted. Once hair is washed, the service cannot be changed that same day.

Clients have 24 hours after the appointment to report issues or ask for adjustments. Concerns should be raised with the owner or management, not in the styling area. Before and after photos are taken only with the client's permission. The salon may decline service to anyone who bullies, is disrespectful or behaves aggressively, and may block repeat offenders. Hours are 9:30 AM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday and 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM on Saturday and Sunday.

Work is aimed at braiding that looks neat, protects natural hair and fits a budget, with clean parts, attention to client comfort and scalp care, and organized scheduling.
