The menu covers knotless, box, Fulani, lemonade, bohemian and Trea braids, stitch and butterfly cornrows, crochet styles, kids' braids and cornrows, faux and butterfly locs, starter locs, dreadlock retwists, several twist styles and quick weaves without glue. Many prices are listed as a starting point, and a few services have a fixed price.

Each style is shaped around the outcome the individual client wants. The salon says it specializes in pain-free and neat professional braids. Visits include a complimentary snack, and clients can pick a show or movie to watch during the appointment. The salon describes the space as serene, peaceful and safe.

Booking requires a $25 non-refundable deposit that goes toward the service. Deposits can be paid by Zelle, Cash App or on the website, but PayPal does not work. Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead to keep the deposit. The remaining balance is paid by Zelle or cash on arrival, before the service starts. Natural hair should be 3 to 4 inches long, and clients can send a photo to check length.

Appointments begin at 8am, and late afternoon or noon slots need approval by phone before booking. A confirmation email follows each booking, with a reminder the day before, and a confirmation text is needed before the appointment date. Clients should not book on the day of an event, since the salon does not rush work. Two braiders can be requested in advance, subject to management approval. An extra wash and blow dry before a service costs $25, and a blow dry with detangling alone costs $15, except for men's cornrows, stitch cornrows and dreadlocks. Clients who miss an appointment without calling may not rebook.
