The braiding menu includes straight back cornrows in 4, 6 and 8 braid counts, half cornrows in 4-6 and 8-10 counts, and 6 half cornrows finished with large or smedium singles. Boho cornrows come with synthetic curly hair, or clients can bring their own human hair. Wash and dutch braids can add synthetic hair for extra length, and men's options include medium and small box braids and smedium 2-strand twists. Extended-length work uses synthetic hair only.

A braiding appointment needs hair at least 4 inches long and includes a wash, blow dry and detangle, with 15 minutes of detangling built in. Matted or knotted hair needs a separate detangle consultation, and severe buildup needs a deep wash before the service. Clients are asked to arrive with hair in its natural state or in an easy style such as a bun, ponytail or 3-strand braid. Free in-person or virtual style consultations are available to talk through looks and check whether hair is long enough for braids. Children may only be in the salon for a scheduled service.

Curly hair services include a curly transformation without a cut, which covers a clarifying cleanse, heat deep conditioning, styling and diffusing, along with Wash N Go styling and men's finger coils. A detangle consultation is priced at $75 per hour, and a curly consultation costs $70 for about 45 minutes with a $50 deposit. Silk press without cut or trim is offered, and the business describes it as not a chemical service. The business does not currently offer haircuts or curly cuts.

Booking requires completing a form and waiver after the appointment is made. Cards are kept on file and charged after the visit, and cash is accepted. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable unless the business cancels, and an appointment stays pending until the deposit is paid. Cancelling or rescheduling needs 48 hours notice, or 50% of the remaining service cost is charged. There is a 10-minute grace period, a $10 late fee after that, and cancellation after 20 minutes without contact. No-shows are charged the full service price.

Each visit starts with a prep wash, blow dry and detangle, and free consultations help clients plan a style before booking. Treatments such as the scalp detox, deep conditioning mask and steamed hot oil treatment are offered alongside braiding.
