Pricing is set by style and by size, from small to jumbo, with add-ons for extra length, curls, fake hair, beads and designs. The range covers knotless and box braids, Senegalese and two-layer twists, Fulani braids, lemonade braids, cornrows and ponytail cornrows, crochet and hand-tied goddess styles, human hair braids, braids on locks, dreadlock retwists, kids' styles, men's cornrows and individual braids, and a few smaller styles.

Clients buy their own braiding hair, as the business does not supply it. The business says it prefers Afreezim Silky or Rastafari products. Hair should arrive washed and blow dried straight, with no oil, gel, conditioner or other product in it. Hair shorter than 2 inches cannot be braided. A $30 blow-dry fee applies if hair is not ready when the appointment starts.

The balance is paid in cash; CashApp and PayPal are not accepted. Cancellations need 24 hours notice, and a $20 late fee applies after 50 minutes. Extra guests are not permitted at appointments.
