Braiding is a major part of the menu. Styles include knotless braids, box braids, feed-in braids, straight-back cornrows, tribal braids, kids' braid styles, yarn braids, two-strand twists, crochet braids and faux locs. Cornrows can be done in a range of patterns, among them side-part, stitch, curved scalp, small and medium rows and freestyle designs. The salon says cornrows suit people who want less daily styling, less heat and less handling of their hair. Braiding involves careful scalp sectioning, even braid sizing and controlled tension to limit soreness, and braid ends are sealed to slow unraveling. Gentle braiding is available for tender or sensitive scalps, and kid-friendly braiding is offered. The salon says braids should leave the chair without needing touch-ups for weeks.

Dreadlock services cover starting, styling and maintenance, including retwisting, palm rolling, interlocking and loc removal. Maintenance focuses on a clean scalp, controlled tension and moisture for dry strands and flaky scalps. Recovery Hair Foam is used after retwists to reduce stiffness. Faux locs are installed by wrapping synthetic hair around natural strands for a low-maintenance protective style.

Color work ranges from honey and platinum blondes and caramel tones to chocolate and brunette browns, copper and burgundy reds, cool ash brown, jet black and fashion shades, including vibrant and dimensional looks. Toners, gloss treatments and controlled bleaching are offered. Before any color is applied, the colorist checks current tone, previous color history and hair condition. Haircuts include dry cutting, slide cutting, point cutting, graduation cutting and clipper cutting. Dry cutting is used for waves and curls on hair in its natural state.

Extensions are installed with raw-quality bundles. Weaving, wig installation, silk press and curly perms are also offered. According to the booking page, the minimum deposit is $70 for each booking service.

Protective styling, scalp care and controlled tension run through the braiding, locs and extension work, with the aim of keeping hair and scalp in good condition between visits.
