The menu is organized by style family, so clients can look up knotless, feed-in, stitch, tribal, sideways, straight back or men's braided options and see the price and approximate appointment length for each.

For most styles, clients bring their own hair. Hair should arrive washed and blow dried and free of oils and chemicals. Clients with damaged hair, breakage or short hair are asked to contact the business before booking. A few styles include hair or length, such as small knotless braids, which include hair unless an unnatural color is requested, and the x-small ponytail, which includes length for clients with shoulder-length hair.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final bill. Arriving more than 10 minutes late incurs a $10 late fee, and arriving more than 15 minutes late cancels the appointment. Same-day cancellations are charged half the amount owed, and no-call, no-show appointments are charged the full amount. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the appointment, subject to availability.

Children and extra guests are not permitted during services, and appointments that include them are canceled. Kids styles are offered for ages 6 to 12.
