Braidaholic

Braidaholic is a braiding business at 6425 Chesterfield Meadows Drive in Chesterfield, Virginia. Its menu is built around braids, from cornrows and stitch braids to individual twists, knotless braids and tribal style braids, with a silk press service also offered.

Knotless braids come in sizes from extra small to large, with add-ons for length and boho styling. Knotless take down removes existing knotless braids and includes shampoo, treatment and a blow dry, starting at $100 and taking at least 120 minutes. Knotless touch up, starting at $120, takes down a few rows, washes the hair and reinstalls the braids, and allows at least 240 minutes.

Cornrows cost $85 and take about 150 minutes, and they need hair at least 4 inches long with shampoo included. Individual twists and braids, meaning two-strand twists or box braids with no hair added, start at $100 and take at least 150 minutes. Stitch braids start at $95 and include shampoo and RUWA hair, with length adjustments and boho add-ons available. Tribal style braids combine braids in the front with knotless braids in the back, start at $275, include shampoo and RUWA hair, and take at least 450 minutes. A hydration treatment can be added on request to cornrows, individual twists and braids, and tribal style braids.

Silk press costs $85 and takes about 150 minutes, including treatments and trims as available. Specials can be booked Sunday through Thursday, starting at $90 and taking at least 150 minutes. The portfolio page shows examples of medium knotless braids, stitch braids and large knotless braids. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Booking details matter here. New clients need a $20 deposit for silk press and cornrow bookings. Buy Now Pay Later is offered for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. Cancellations carry a 30% fee, and clients are asked to notify the salon as early as possible if they cannot make an appointment so it can be rescheduled. For knotless and stitch braids, any color other than 1B requires a text to (804) 573-9447 at least 48 hours ahead, and stitch braid length changes must be selected at booking or requested at least 48 hours before the appointment.
