The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM and Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on Sundays and Mondays.

The work centers on luxury hair extensions and customized hair services. The business says it aims for results that look luxurious, seamless and natural, and that its services are designed to protect clients' natural hair. Each appointment is one-on-one.

Besides client services, the studio offers a K-Tip Master class listed at $750 with a 30% deposit. One-on-one training is also available, either in the Cedar Park studio or with travel instruction, each listed at $2,500.

Before a visit, clients are asked to arrive with their hair fully detangled from root to tip. A detangle service can be added when booked in advance; if detangling is still needed on arrival and was not booked, a fee is added for the extra time. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments are charged the full service cost, and arriving more than 15 minutes late results in the appointment being cancelled and charged in full.

Services are designed to protect the integrity of clients' natural hair, with each appointment handled one-on-one.
