The menu covers lash lifts and lash tints, refills in several styles, and full sets.

To make the visit work, the client needs to provide a clean, quiet, well-lit space with room for the full setup, and a flat surface or nearby outlet may be needed depending on the service. Children and pets are not allowed in the service area during appointments, and the provider may cancel if the setting is unsafe, crowded or distracting. Clients should be present and ready when the provider arrives, since a late fee or cancellation may apply if they are not there.

Booking requires a $20 non-refundable deposit, paid at the time of booking and applied to the total balance. Cancellations or reschedules need 24 hours' notice, and same-day cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit. Hours are listed as Monday through Friday 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm and Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, with Sunday closed.

Each set is tailored to the client's eye shape, style preference and comfort level, and the lash space is sanitized and set up before every appointment.
