Brow and lash work is the core of the menu, and facials, threading and waxing sit alongside it.

Facials are tailored to each client. Options run from a quick deep-cleansing facial and a basic hydrating facial for first-timers up to chemical peels, an oxygen infusion facial, a nano channeling oxygen facial and a signature customized facial with aromatherapy, extractions, LED light therapy and massage. Add-ons such as microdermabrasion, high frequency, lymphatic massage with cupping and a hydro jelly mask can be added to many visits.

Brow services include threading, waxing and mapping, brow lamination, which uses a series of professional solutions to set brow hairs into a fuller, more defined shape, brow tinting, and a powder brow permanent makeup service that requires reaching out first. Lash services include lash lifts with a bottom lift option and both Korean and keratin lift-and-tint formulas. Brow lamination has spacing rules, candidacy checks and a list of conditions that rule it out, which are set out in the policies.

Several services need a conversation before booking: the chemical peel, the buccal massage and the powder brow service. New clients can join a membership only after speaking with the salon and signing a contract. Brow threading appointments are a fixed 20-minute block, and late or unannounced no-shows are charged the full service.

Group and one-on-one classes are offered for lash lifts, brow lamination with tint, and threading and mapping, and house calls and large party bookings can be arranged by contacting the salon.

Facials are customized for each client. According to the salon, keeping to a consistent skin routine for three to six months is the best way to see facial results.
