Brow Town works by appointment only from a private studio near Spring Branch in Houston. Each visit is one-on-one, so the appointment is spent entirely on one client.

Brow services include precision threading, brow lamination and natural brow design, with shaping aimed at refined, face-sculpted brows. Lash services include Korean lash lifts.

A 50% booking fee is required to secure an appointment, and it is applied to the final total. Changes can be made up to 24 hours ahead. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit, and arriving 10 or more minutes late cancels the appointment. Clients running a few minutes behind are asked to text the owner.

Before an appointment, clients are asked to avoid retinol, AHAs, BHAs, chemical peels and Accutane, to leave brow hair untouched by trimming, tweezing or razors, and to stop exfoliants for 7 days. Clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding are advised to speak with a physician before booking.
