The skin menu includes Biologique Recherche treatments, which start with a personalized skin diagnosis that determines each client's skin type. The business says it is the only place in Richmond offering Biologique Recherche's proprietary services and product line. Options run from a 15-minute consultation at $30, applied to a first appointment, through express, signature, restorative and microneedling facials. Boketto custom facials begin with a double cleanse and skin assessment, then combine exfoliation, masks, extractions when needed, ultrasonic and microcurrent, gua sha, facial reflexology and diet suggestions, using natural products. Microcurrent is not offered to people with a pacemaker, to people who are pregnant, or within a week after cosmetic fillers.

The body and mind menu covers massage and bodywork: Swedish, deep tissue, meridian, trigger point, craniosacral and foot reflexology, along with prenatal massage (not offered in the first trimester, meaning 14 weeks), postnatal and mother-infant craniosacral sessions, and Somatic Breath sessions. Ayurvedic offerings include abhyanga oil massage, shiro abhyanga head massage, herbal scrub, herbal bolus and marma point energy therapy. According to the salon, Ayurveda is an Indian healing tradition that has been practiced for more than 5,000 years. The acupuncture and functional medicine menu offers acupuncture as part of traditional Chinese medicine, with nutritional and lifestyle counseling and herbal medicine, plus cupping using glass cups and flame. Functional medicine visits include Bio-Marker Testing (Dutch and Genova). Acu-Lift is cosmetic facial acupuncture that uses points around the face and body, usually aimed at the complexion; the business says it can support collagen production, blood flow and inflammation. A first Acu-Lift visit requires a 90-minute new client appointment with the founder. The acupuncture series of six is priced at $612, and gratuities are not accepted for acupuncture. The site advises speaking with a medical doctor about suitability for acupuncture, cosmetic acupuncture and cupping.

Booking and visits: all appointments, whether by phone, in person or online, require a credit card hold, and new clients receive digital intake forms and preparation information by email after booking. Clients are asked to arrive 15 to 20 minutes early. Cancellations and changes need 24 hours notice, made by phone or online. Practitioners accept Venmo and cash, and cards are taken through Tippy at checkout. Gift cards are valid for 12 months and can be used for products and services. The shop is open Monday 11 to 4, Tuesday to Thursday 11 to 5, Friday 11 to 6, Saturday 10 to 6 and Sunday 12 to 4. Street parking is limited to one hour on weekdays, and spots behind the store are reached through the alley.
