The team includes master colorists, cut specialists and master stylists. Color ranges from quick toning and mini single-process appointments to full highlights and balayage, and the cut menu covers women's, men's and children's haircuts along with bang and neck trims. Other services include shampoo and blow dry, conditioning treatments, Bellami hair extensions, a keratin treatment, a retexturizing straightening treatment, and brow and lip waxing.

New clients complete a New Client Form before booking. Appointments can be made through the online booking app or the Book Now page, which has separate paths for new and existing guests.
