Services are organized into color, highlights, cuts, treatments and consultation. Color ranges from toner and gloss refreshes and grey blending gloss to root touch-ups, full-length permanent color and multi-step transformation color. Highlighting covers face-frame work, half and full highlights, and custom blonding, which is built with root foils, teasylights and tip-outs and then finished with two toners. Dual technique combines a root touch-up with foils and a toner, and at Glen Cove it also includes a K-18 treatment.

Cut options include a standard haircut with a wet and/or dry cut using scissors or razor, a transformation cut for a major change in length or shape, and a quick bang trim.

Before a first visit, clients can book a free 15-minute virtual consultation over FaceTime or Google Meet. Transformation color requires a consultation before it can be booked. All service prices are stated as inclusive, and no tipping is expected. Clients are asked to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead; late cancellations may be charged 50 percent of the service and no-shows are charged the full fee. A two-week adjustment period covers tweaks to the original service, and changes to the plan or added services may carry an additional charge.
