The building works as a center for independent professionals. Each therapist rents a room and runs their own business, keeps their own licenses and certifications, sets their own prices and decides whether to join promotions. Where a therapist's price differs from the advertised price, the spa notes the difference on its website. No monthly fees or contracts are required. The spa is looking for independent massage therapists certified by CAMTC or licensed as California estheticians.

Massage menus range from customized therapeutic, relaxation with back focus, deep pressure and Shiatsu to Ashiatsu, in which the therapist works with foot strokes supported by suspended wooden bars. Thai table and combined Thai and relaxation massages are offered, along with sports massage, cranial sacral therapy, pregnancy massage, and lymphatic drainage. Hot stones can be added to any massage for $20, and a CBD add-on is available for $20, described as non-psychoactive. Cupping is available as a spa add-on for $49. Couples massage is customized for each guest and can be booked for 45, 60 or 90 minutes.

The skin care menu covers facials for teens, men, and adults, including an Eminence Organic customized facial using organic products made without severe heating or hydrogenating processes. Treatments include microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, enzyme exfoliation, and Dermalogica chemical peels. Several in-house facials are offered at different price points and lengths, and wedding facial packages are available. Online booking is available 24 hours a day, and a live receptionist answers calls, books appointments and greets guests on arrival.
