New clients must book a consultation before their first treatment. It is priced at $0, takes at least 10 minutes, and includes a skin assessment and a conversation about skin concerns and goals, so the first visit can be matched to what the client wants.

The facial menu includes a gentle beginner option, 30 Min on the Glow, which is not a targeted treatment. More targeted choices include an Acne Clearing Facial with deep cleansing, exfoliation, extractions and specialized products, a Brightin Me Up vitamin C brightening facial, and a Multi-Vitamin Exfoliant Facial that uses Dermalogica retinol and alpha-hydroxy acids. Other options include an Aurora Glow with a non-invasive LED light treatment and peptides, a Hydra Facial using a delivery system with a peptide mask, a microdermabrasion facial using a machine with fine crystals, and a Back Facial. SKNnature Glow is a customized 60-minute treatment with double cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, masking and a shoulder, neck and facial massage. Quick add-ons include a Jelly Mask and a High Frequency treatment, which the salon says helps stimulate circulation and collagen, reduce inflammation, and has antibacterial and antiaging effects. Dermaplaning is available as a 10-minute add-on.
