The salon cuts and styles hair for women and men, including K-style Korean haircuts. Color services include full color, root touch-ups and highlights, and design perms can create custom wave styles. Blow-dry and styling services are also available, and clients of all ages are welcome, with styles chosen to suit their age.

Wigs and hair replacement are a major part of the work here. Options include custom toupees, lace front wigs, women's full wigs and hair toppers, skin base systems, clip-in enhancements and extensions, and men's hair systems for thinning hair or full replacement. Medical wigs are made for clients losing hair due to medical conditions, including cancer support wigs, and lightweight toppers and breathable inner caps are available to wear under wigs. Wigs are customized to blend with each client's natural color and texture. The salon will also trim, style or adjust wigs that clients bring in, even if they were bought elsewhere.

Free wig consultations take place in a private consultation room, and there is a private fitting area. Consultations can be booked by phone or in person. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments are encouraged, and same-day service is offered depending on availability. The salon is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. Clients experiencing hair loss due to medical conditions may qualify for a first-time discount. Wig services are not covered by insurance, and the salon does not accept insurance.

Facial massage is offered as a separate service, booked by phone.

Each wig is planned around the client's needs, style and comfort, starting with a consultation.
