Color services include full and partial custom color, done as balayage or highlights with a custom gloss and either a cut or a blowdry. Olaplex is included in the full and partial custom color services that have a blowdry or cut. Touch ups cover up to an inch of new growth or gray, and the studio also offers glosses, haircuts and a free 15-minute consultation for anyone deciding what to book.
Studio hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 11 AM to 8 PM; the studio is closed Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Men's cuts and women's haircuts are offered to existing guests only. Payment is taken through the booking platform. Cancellations need 48 hours' notice, given by phone; emails and direct messages do not count as notice inside that window, and cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the scheduled service to the reserved card.
