Sola is a suite rental company, and this Media location is one of its locations. Each Sola location is independently owned and operated, and each renter runs as an independent business rather than as an employee of Sola. The company says it has over 750 locations nationwide and more than 20,000 independent beauty professionals, and it describes those professionals as industry-leading.

Studios can be fully customized to suit the renter's work. Each suite comes with full-spectrum lighting, 24/7 security, included utilities, a shampoo bowl, a styling chair, bathroom facilities, a breakroom, janitorial services and on-site laundry. Renters have access to liability insurance and disability insurance, with the disability coverage available in certain areas.

New renters receive a start-up manual that covers checklists, licensing forms, studio setup, insurance, credit card processing and contacts for retail and distributors. Renters also get retail discounts, special offers for online scheduling, continuing education programs and invitations to industry events. The booking profile lists Discover, Visa and MasterCard as accepted payment methods, along with free parking, disabled access, a snack bar, a TV and WiFi.

Each renter operates as an independent business inside a shared building, with onboarding, insurance access and continuing education offered to support that work.

The location hosts community gatherings for its local renters, such as cocktail parties and family picnics.
