The salon has locations in Buckhead (Atlanta), East Cobb, West Cobb, Smyrna, Roswell, Alpharetta, Peachtree City and Newnan. Each sits in a different part of metro Atlanta, from the MAA complex in Buckhead and a shopping center near Dillard's in Newnan to a spot near Trader Joe's and Taco Mac in Roswell. The salon describes the Buckhead location as its largest and describes itself as one of the best hair salons in Buckhead; these are the salon's own descriptions. Hours vary by location and every location is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Appointments can be booked online, and the booking system also offers gift cards and a referral program.

Services are grouped into coloring, styling, cuts, texture, extensions, makeup and bridal. Stylist pricing follows a graduated level system based on experience, expertise and demand, with stylists advancing through Verge levels toward Elite and Luxe levels.

Stylists typically begin as cosmetology school graduates and complete internships. The salon also offers a Georgia cosmetology apprentice program, an internship program, and openings for experienced stylists.

Policies to know before booking: appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice carry a cancellation fee of 50 percent of the scheduled service, services reserved for 2.5 hours or longer need 48 hours' notice, and extension services need 72 hours' notice. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have services adjusted or rescheduled. Guests are asked to share their full hair history, including previous chemical services, before a service, and the salon may decline services that could compromise hair integrity.
