Each sits in a different part of metro Atlanta, from the MAA complex in Buckhead and a shopping center near Dillard's in Newnan to a spot near Trader Joe's and Taco Mac in Roswell. The salon describes the Buckhead location as its largest and describes itself as one of the best hair salons in Buckhead; these are the salon's own descriptions. Hours vary by location and every location is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Appointments can be booked online, and the booking system also offers gift cards and a referral program.

Guests are asked to share their full hair history, including previous chemical services, before a service, and the salon may decline services that could compromise hair integrity.
