Curl shaping is offered for wavy, curly, coily and kinky hair. The hair is cut in its natural state and then treated. First-time curl clients get a consultation, a cut, a detox hair bath, deep conditioning and a lesson on styling the hair for daily wear. The full-package curl service takes a full day at the spa and ends with a personalized daily wear style lesson. Clients are asked to arrive with their hair dry and loose, without twists or high puffs.

Platinum Press is a first-time service of about two and a half hours. It includes a detox shampoo, deep conditioning, a steam treatment with a hair mask, a scalp massage, a blowdry, a trim, a finish with a hot tool, and an at-home hair care regimen.

Virtual consultations are available for out-of-town guests or people with limited time. Return guests receive bang trims and nape tapers at no charge between haircuts.
