Lash services ask clients to lie back with eyes closed for about 1 to 2 hours. Clients are asked to arrive without makeup on or around the eyes, to avoid face makeup where possible, and to skip caffeine or coffee beforehand. Appointments that start more than 10 minutes late must be rescheduled, phones should be silent during the visit, and guests, children and plus-ones are not permitted. A restroom is available if needed.

Deposits are collected for most bookings, including $20 for Brow Lamination, $10 for Removal, $30 for the combo and $250 for lash training, and all sets require a nonrefundable deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee, and no-shows or cancellations within 6 hours incur a 100% fee. Sales are final. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval before the appointment, and gift cards are offered. The 1:1 Lash Training course costs $850 and takes 420 minutes.
