Eyelash extensions come in Natural, Classic, Hybrid and Volume styles. Natural uses one extension on every other natural lash for light definition, Classic applies one extension to each natural lash for a more defined lash line, Hybrid mixes classic extensions with lightweight volume fans, and Volume builds fans of two to six of the lightest extensions on each natural lash. Each style can be booked as a two-week fill, a three-week fill or a full set. Recommendations are based on the client's natural lashes and preferred finish. The studio describes the Classic Set with Diana as its most popular set.

The facial menu includes a mini facial, a one-hour customized facial and a back facial. Standard facials combine cleansing, skin analysis, exfoliation, extractions where needed, massage, a mask, serum and moisturizer. Seasonal fruit and enzyme facials are offered, including Blueberry, Cherry, Cherry Chocolate, Coconut Papaya, Lemon Zest, Pomegranate, Pumpkin Orange and Raspberry Peach. Other options include dermaplaning, which uses manual exfoliation with a sterile blade, a diamond-tip microdermabrasion facial, and a chemical peel. Add-ons for facials include a high-frequency treatment and a hydrojelly mask.

Permanent makeup services include lip blushing, microblading, microblading touch-ups and the Blade & Shade combo, which pairs microblading-style strokes with shading. Permanent makeup treatments are discussed with the studio before booking, covering process, healing, aftercare and touch-ups. Classic and Volume eyelash extension courses are offered through Bella Lash Academy at the Sayville studio. Courses combine online theory with hands-on training and a certification process, and students must hold an Esthetics or Cosmetology License.

Bookings are made through the online system and require a credit card. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, given by phone call or text; a later cancellation is billed at 50% of the full price of the service. A missed appointment is billed the complete service price. The studio operates Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm, Friday from 10 am to 5 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm, and remains closed on Sundays.

Lash sets are recommended around each client's natural lashes and preferred finish. Single-use supplies and disinfected reusable tools are used throughout the studio routine.
