The spa sits inside a cosmetic laser clinic in downtown Patchogue.

The spa has treatment rooms for private use, plus a sauna, a steam room and a lounge for relaxing. The spa itself calls its atmosphere peaceful and nurturing, and says its facilities are kept immaculate. First-time visitors should plan to arrive 30 minutes before their appointment to fill out intake forms, while returning guests need to arrive 15 minutes early. Lash clients are asked to come in with clean lashes. Makeup can be worn into a facial, as it is taken off during the service. Men are asked to shave the evening before a facial.

The facial menu ranges from a short Mini Refresh with skin analysis, gentle exfoliation and facial massage, to Deep Pore Cleansing, Teen facials enhanced with micro-dermabrasion or an herbal peel, and anti-aging options built around vitamin C, a soy-based complex, a collagen pellicle, microcurrent and a botox-style treatment. Micro-dermabrasion is offered alone or with a facial. CryoClear cryotherapy addresses sun spots, age spots and skin tags, with visible results expected in 12 to 30 days. Advanced skin treatments include IPL, RF microneedling, PRX-T3, PRX-Plus, Vamp PDRN and a plant-based green peel. The spa calls The Oliver West Experience, a full-body exfoliating and hydrating treatment with a European facial and hand and foot reflexology, a customer favorite.

Hair removal is offered by wax and thread across the face and body, with hard wax used on sensitive areas such as the face, underarms and bikini and soft wax used on large body areas. Body waxing needs about 10 to 14 days of growth. Guests on certain prescription acne or retinoid medications are told that tweezing or threading are their only facial hair removal options. Laser hair removal is sold in six-treatment packages by area size. Most clients need six to eight sessions spaced four to six weeks apart, with maintenance once or twice a year. Facials are commonly booked about once a month, and micro-dermabrasion or peel series are usually spaced one to three weeks apart.
