Stephanie Behan

Stephanie Behan founded Oliver West Day Spa. Before opening the spa, she freelanced as a make-up artist and stylist for Chanel, Lancome and several magazines, and has worked as a make-up artist for about 30 years. Behan was chosen to launch the first Lancome Institut de Beaute on Long Island. She has contributed writing to Day Spa Magazine as a contributing writer, including the September 2008 issue about Silver and Gold treatments, and she also worked on a brochure for the Peninsula Hotel's properties worldwide. She trained at the Lancome Institut de Beaute in esthetics. She holds New York State licenses as a cosmetologist, an aesthetician and a lash extensionist. Her certifications span microdermabrasion, peels, light therapy, threading, waxing, derma rolling, lash extensions, lash and brow tinting, airbrush make-up, Ionithermie cellulite treatment and body wraps. Her wedding work, including bridal looks, is a particular focus.
