The studio is located inside Xtina Esthetics on Main Street in Sayville. Free parking is available in the lot directly behind the studio, and clients are asked not to park in the studio driveway.

Lash extension services begin with a Classic Full Set, which applies one individual extension to each natural lash, starting at $120 for about 120 minutes. A Hybrid Full Set combines classic and volume techniques at $140, and a Volume Full Set is $150. The Wet Set is $155 and takes about 135 minutes. Fills are priced by style, starting at $65 for a Classic Fill, and replace extensions that have naturally shed or remove and replace outgrown ones. A 1 Week Touch Up is a shorter mini fill offered between regular appointments. Clients whose extensions were applied by another lash artist can book a Foreign Fill, which starts at $90; existing extensions are assessed first, and a removal and full set may be recommended. Lash Extension Removal costs $30, and colored lashes can be added for a starting price of $5.

Lash and brow treatments include a Lash Lift & Tint for $100 and a Brow Lamination for $100, which includes tint, shaping and waxing. Results from both are described as lasting four to six weeks. Brow tint, brow wax and brow tweezing are also offered as separate services, priced from $20. A Lash Consultation at no charge is available for first-time clients or anyone with questions before booking. The business describes itself as licensed and insured.

Booking is done by confirming the text sent before each appointment, and unconfirmed bookings may be canceled or moved. A valid card on file is required for every appointment, and deposits may be asked for on select bookings; deposits are non-refundable and count toward the total. Same-day cancellations and no-shows incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled total, and deposits already paid are credited toward it. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 10 AM to 6:30 PM.

Before a lash service, clients are asked to arrive with clean lashes and no makeup, and to avoid mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow and oil-based products around the eyes. Clients are also asked to limit caffeine, avoid high buns or ponytails, skip gum, and remove contact lenses. Services may be adjusted or declined if irritation or infection could affect safety. Children and extra guests are not allowed without notice, so clients should arrange childcare.
