Every visit to a medical service starts with a consultation at no charge, where the team checks whether a treatment suits the client. The spa says the surgeon, nursing staff and medical aestheticians decide each treatment plan together. Injectables are given by surgeon-trained nurse injectors under supervision, and neurotoxins and fillers are administered only by physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses or physician assistants. The spa says it does not sell those products. Laser settings are also tailored to each person during the consultation.

The menu covers injectables, a tiered facial line, laser hair removal for the face, body and private areas, YAG skin tightening, V-Beam, LED sessions and body contouring. Laser hair removal can be booked one area at a time or as a full-body package, and it is priced per session with no contracts or required memberships. Most clients are told to expect five to seven sessions spaced four to eight weeks apart, with maintenance afterward as needed.

The spa describes itself as a leading aesthetic laser center in North Carolina and says it has been recognized by Raleigh publications as a top medical spa. It also lists a 2024 honor from several local outlets and a Triangle Business Journal mention for its workplace and philanthropy. It reports supporting more than 200 charities a year and having built a nursery and library for children in need. These are the business's own claims.

The spa says it offers only treatments it considers safe and reproducible, with little prolonged downtime, and it uses medical-grade skin care products.
