Visits are by appointment only, with no walk-in slots. Clients are seen one-on-one in a private suite with no waiting room. Every treatment begins with a consultation and a plan tailored to the individual, and first-time clients receive a complimentary consultation at their first visit. Parking is free in the lot outside the building. Appointments need at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel, and late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee.
The menu covers neuromodulator injections, hyaluronic acid fillers for lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, under-eyes and nasolabial folds, and biostimulators. Microneedling options include traditional, RF, PRF and Hydraneedle treatments. Facials range from a custom facial to the Glass Facial, and there are superficial and medium-depth chemical peels. IPL photofacial and laser hair removal are also offered, with laser hair removal and IPL starting with a complimentary consultation. Wellness and vitality programs are self-pay and not covered by insurance.
Memberships are offered through the Oak City Loyalty Program at $100 per month, which includes discounted treatment pricing, priority scheduling, member promotions and skincare product discounts. The business says memberships offer easier scheduling and better pricing. Gift cards are available, and Cherry financing is offered to qualified clients for IPL photofacial, laser hair removal and fillers. Medical-grade skincare can be bought in an online shop. Clients come from North Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary and the wider Triangle.
Each treatment starts with a consultation and a plan built around the individual client, with a focus on natural-looking, subtle improvement.
