The hair side has five styling stations, a two-person color bar and two wash stations, and hair services are offered for men, women and children. Nail services take place in a private room with two manicure stations and two pedicure chairs. Waxing and eyelash extensions are done in a separate private room in the salon area.
The spa side has its own waiting area and three treatment rooms large enough for couples. Wedding parties need a $100 deposit to hold a date. Hair and makeup trials are discounted by 10% when booked with that deposit, and parties of five or more receive 15% off other services during the week of the wedding. Sunday pricing is set separately for in-salon and onsite wedding work, and travel within Cecil County is charged per staff member while travel outside the county is quoted on request.
Appointment requests are not final until the salon sends a confirmation. Cancellations need at least 24 hours of notice, or 48 hours for package deals, and must be made by phone rather than by replying to a text or email. Gratuity is not included in service prices.
