The salon describes itself as modern and welcoming. The stylists share a commitment to good hair, continued education, and a client experience that gives people a reason to come back.

Hair is the core of the menu, from trims, children's cuts and men's cuts to root touch-ups, toners, full color, foil work and balayage. Dimensional color and lived-in blondes are named specialties, and extensions, updos, specialty blowouts for curly or textured hair, and bridal hair are also offered. Bridal hair is done on location for a group of at least five people and requires a deposit.

Beyond hair, the salon offers brow tinting and waxing, lash tinting and lifts, and quick add-ons such as bang trims and fairy hair, which is heat-resistant tinsel tied into the hair. The salon is open Monday through Saturday and closed on Sundays, with later hours Tuesday through Thursday.

Booking policies apply a 20% fee to no-shows and to cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount and are final once sold.
